Jeffrey Kramp – Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel

Jeff has served as the Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at RCN Cable since May 2013 and previously served as the Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at RCN Cable since June 2011.  Jeff currently also serves as the Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at Choice Cable, Grande and Patriot.  Jeff brings to RCN Cable over 27 years of experience, including 4 years working with telecommunications companies.  He most recently served for eight years as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of NEW Customer Service Companies, Inc. and as Vice President and General Counsel of Counsel Corporation.  Jeff served as Secretary and General Counsel of WESCO International, Inc. and as an Associate General Counsel at Westinghouse Electric Corporation providing general corporate counsel to businesses in the commercial division, including Group W Productions.  Jeff began his legal career as an Associate Attorney with a litigation and corporate practice at the Pittsburgh office of the law firm of Eckert, Seamans, Cherin & Mellott.  Jeff earned his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio and bachelor’s degree from The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, where he graduated with honors.
